The Cohousing Co-operative is part of Tasmania's affordable housing. We share the costs and work of providing the housing to keep it affordable. Members pay no more than 30% of their income in rent, up to a ceiling that is at least 20% below market rate.

The Co-operative is a member-resident managed housing co-operative.
